About Rev. Salvatore Seirmarco

IMG_0696Rev. Salvatore (Sal) Seirmarco received his BA in History from William Paterson University and his Master of Divinity from The University of Dubuque Theological Seminary in Iowa. He is an ordained Teaching Elder in the Presbyterian Church (USA). After finishing seminary, he completed 4 masters level units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at New York Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan. Currently Rev. Sal serves as Director of Mission and Pastoral care at Continuing Care Retirement Community in Newton, NJ and he was formerly a youth Pastor. When he is not serving in ministry he enjoys training in martial arts, and he holds a black belt in Korean Karate. Sal also enjoys reading American history, church history, and hiking the woods in around his childhood home of northern New Jersey with his wife Alison. He resides in Passaic County.

Rev. Sal is a contributor to Life-Giving Water Ministries through the Party on JohnCast, of which he co-hosts with Rev. Todd. He also runs his own blog, Black-Belt Spirituality.
